Does anyone know or have contacts with some of the farms around the Hudson Valley? My family has a sheep farm in Chile where I've been hacking together some automation systems on the side. I've been curious as to how some of the local farms handle their livestock and agricultural processes.
Kinderhook Farn in Ghent, NY runs a very large sheep operation. I'm sure that they would be happy to talk to you. They also do internships and may have an intern that can help. I know they use Marema guard dogs with the sheep at all times for coyotes.

I highlighted the important part. Whether you use onedrive or sharepoint to share the files you need to change the permissions from view to edit
Idk if you can modify files directly within teams (kinda doubt it) but however they’re being shared, it’s the file permissions that’s prob giving you an issue

Oh it’s def something I had to get used to- very different than the city and much less access to good quality health care
I don’t have much recco but have learned that it’s easier to see docs who belong to the same group. The big ones up here are Nuvance, Optum, Premier..
I personally have OneMedical (used to be its own thing before Amazon acquired it) and you get unlimited and quick medical care (basic stuff that aren’t super urgent) via their app. Once a PA or nurse answers your question (usually within 2 hours), they might have you schedule a remote visit with a doctor (plenty to choose from since it’s not in office) or get an in person appointment which won’t be local. The closest OneMedical office is in Westchester. Anyway, it’s just an option for you to consider, but def not local. And it really has its pros and cons.

Chad, I was a big fan and regular user of Toggl Track for time tracking - robust and inexpensive with automatic app use tracking available on devices. I use QuickBooks Online separately for invoicing, with web payments via Square and Stripe. QuickBooks does support time-tracking natively; I haven't tried it and it may cost extra.
Yeah, I was gonna say Toggl. Enough features without the bloat and you can send visual reports on how you spent your time.

Hi User! I have my site on Squarespace (sophiewedd.com) and also design/build a lot of Squarespace sites for clients. I also use Webflow, Wordpress, etc. for more complex/custom sites, but Squarespace is easy for my clients to maintain and more affordable to have someone like myself create. That being said, for online courses, I might recommend different platforms more specific to your needs. Let me know if you want to chat about any of this!

I am a visual artist and use Squarespace. But I also have someone who takes care of for me. She says it’s easy to use.
I run a firm that specializes in this- for an artist I’d recommend doing a landing page in ghost or framer. You probably don’t need a full site and I wouldn’t shell out for a cms. Feel free to dm if you’d like!
Does anyone use Notion for very basic sites? Why or why not? So intrigued as I use it for many other things so the ability to stand up a quick site there is intriguing

Oh yeah, I’ve looked at those. Many of them are pretty pricey. I’m trying to keep cost low. So far, I think Squarespace is my choice.
Oh btw, if you have a Canva Pro account, you can host your videos there and then embed into your website.
I’ve also started trying out Gumroad, which is free to host an online course, but they take 10% when someone purchases.
