By trade I’m a seasoned, (award-winning) TV and content producer, podcast interviewer and brand storyteller with an expertise in wellness, personal growth, entertainment and human interest. I have a combined 35 years in the media and wellness industry. I’m equal parts business brain and empathic heart. Very professional, organized, kind, calm, extremely high EQ. More people-oriented, creative and relational than analytical/technical. Especially adept at listening, helping guide people through problems, holding safe and vulnerable conversation spaces and working with young adults. Currently I volunteer with the Contemplative Team at SUNY, and freelance doing marketing strategy while I build my life guidance clientele and mindfulness workshops for young adults.
