For the past seven years I've managed merchandise operations for in-house photo/video production departments and a large creative content production studio. I worked directly with small to major brands to problem-solve inventory operations issues, provide project management, and collaborated with a talented team of producers, creatives, retouchers, and account managers to deliver client satisfaction with every e-commerce production.

My greatest asset is my attunement to patterns. Whether it's user/customer behavior, workflows, or data, I leverage my observational and analytical skills to provide business-critical insights, develop process improvements, or quickly learn unique systems and processes that clients bring to the table.
