He was also elected to and served as a School Board Member (Onteora Central Schools), and does a significant amount of volunteer work for the American Cancer Society, where he served as a member of the Board of Advisors and as lead Legislative Ambassador for The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network in the 19th Congressional District.
Neil has been a guest presenter at Chamber of Commerce Events as well as SCORE, speaking to small business leaders about how to maximize their investment in their websites, along with best practices for small business web sites. He has also taught web design basics using Dreamweaver and Photoshop to build dynamic websites at The State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz as an adjunct Professor.
